What its like to work with me....

"I came into this container wanting to work on self-expression and explore some childhood experiences that still felt emotionally significant. What I didn’t expect was how much I would learn—not only through the process itself, but through the way Rachel showed up as a practitioner.

I’ve worked with many healers, coaches, and practitioners over the years, and what stood out most was her unique combination of knowledge, intuition, compassion, and presence. While we used EMDR, the work was also deeply integrative, weaving together parts work, somatic awareness, and thoughtful guidance in a way that felt incredibly supportive and personalized.

One of the most impactful moments for me wasn’t actually during the EMDR itself. It was witnessing how Rachel spoke to one of my protector parts. Instead of treating it as something that needed to be fixed or removed, she met it with appreciation, respect, and understanding. She acknowledged the role it had played in keeping me safe and reminded it that it was important. That moment completely shifted how I relate to my own parts and deepened my self-compassion in a way I hadn’t experienced before.

Throughout the entire process, I felt deeply seen, safe, and supported. I also appreciated the space between sessions to share voice notes and continue integrating what was unfolding. It never felt like I was navigating the work alone.

By the end of our time together, the childhood memory we had been working with no longer carried the emotional charge it once did. What remains now is a greater sense of peace, more compassion for myself, and a deeper understanding of my inner world.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Rachel to anyone looking for a practitioner who combines clinical knowledge, intuition, compassion, and a truly integrative approach to healing. Working with her was one of the most supportive and meaningful healing experiences I’ve ever had."

"Rachel is both intuitive and very insightful. She has a breadth of knowledge in a diverse array of powerful tools and resources available to facilitate healing. She is open and curious about the body in a way that invites collaboration, and she fully hears the concerns of her clients.

My experience in working with Rachel was one of deep trust. She provided a safe place for me to express every concern, fear, and worry related to my health. She validated my experiences and feelings, giving me compassion and empathy in a deeply reassuring way. She also responded with solid insight and saw each of my symptoms as feedback from the body to listen to and get curious about. She often reassured me when I jumped to fear-based conclusions. I trust Rachel to take every single issue I bring up seriously and research it. Her thoroughness and willingness to fully listen are extremely refreshing, especially in comparison to my experiences with being dismissed by doctor after doctor and getting minimal interaction with doctors during short doctor visits.

Her experience as a therapist also shows through in her ability to discuss body health concerns and the connections with them to emotional responses and nervous system dysregulation. She is a kind, comforting presence while also being a source of deep wisdom.

She is open to going in the direction that you feel drawn to go and does not force a certain protocol on you. She works with you and your body and does not force anything that you are not ready for yet. In this way, you can let go of the fear around healing. Working with Rachel is a process of being held, supported, and cared for."
